Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Representatives: Let’s use data to demonstrate to dealers that they need Recall Management to mitigate risk and to drive additional warranty revenue through recall repair.  Please use the form below to submit a request for a Batch Upload of VINs.  You can submit up to 2 lists – one list for their pre-owned vehicle inventory and up to 1,000 VINs from the last 60 days of ROs.  We want to prove to the dealer that some vehicles with dangerous recalls are slipping through the cracks.  A small sampling of VINs will enable Recall Masters to check for open recalls as well as display a detailed view of data points important to the dealer, such as estimated warranty reimbursement for the recall repair.  This report will demonstrate to the dealer prospect that there is recall revenue in their DMS and that, despite their best efforts, vehicles with dangerous recalls are being missed at service lane check-in.  Thank you.
