Performance Manager – New York 
Location: Remote role out of the New York Area
Role: Recall Masters is looking to add a Performance Manager who knows Fixed Ops, loves building relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-support environment and knows how to turn client engagement into retention, growth, and long-term value. You’ll manage and grow an assigned book of business, build strong client relationships, drive referrals and upsells, and help dealerships get the most out of RM solutions. You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients and a key driver of retention and performance.

Position: Business Development Manager, Enterprise – Laguna Hills, CA
Location: In Office Role – Laguna Hills, Orange County, Southern California
Role: The Business Development Manager, Enterprise is a strategic business development role focused on enterprise accounts, OEM relationships, data licensing opportunities, and recall intelligence partnerships. This position supports Recall Masters’ Enterprise Services strategy by helping develop targeted account plans, build trusted relationships with OEMs and enterprise clients, identify new data partnership opportunities, and support strategic agreements that expand the company’s products, services, and market position.

Position: Business Development Representative – Laguna Hills, CA
Location: In Office Role – Laguna Hills, Orange County, Southern California
Role: The Business Development Representative is a sales-focused role responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and opportunity discovery in support of our Dealer Sales team. This role is not customer service and not order taking. Success is measured by activity, pipeline contribution, and qualified opportunities created. The ideal candidate is motivated by clear targets, accountability, and results, and thrives in a structured sales environment.

Position: Performance Manager (Automotive) – Laguna Hills, CA
Location: In Office Role – Laguna Hills, Orange County, Southern California
Role: The Performance Manager is a strategic client success and dealership performance role responsible for managing relationships with dealership and dealer group clients, improving program adoption, and helping clients maximize the value of their Recall Masters partnership. This role works directly with General Managers, Fixed Operations Directors, Service Directors, and ownership groups to identify performance opportunities, support retention and growth strategies, and connect Recall Masters solutions to measurable dealership outcomes.

This position serves as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership teams, including General Managers, Service Directors, Fixed Operations Directors, and ownership groups, with a focus on identifying performance opportunities and driving measurable business results across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
