The unprecedented upheaval caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has thrust many challenges upon our dealership and partner clients.  In response, Recall Masters is introducing a number of solutions that fit the times.

Recall Masters is an agile technology company at its core.  While our staff is working from home, we remain committed and fully available to serve our clients with no disruption in service. All standard lines of communication are operational.  For clients of our Enterprise Services division, the real-time Open Recall API and Batch, and Fleet/Inventory Services are processing requests just as fast as ever across all 50+ brands.  For dealership clients, a quarantined/low-mobility environment has dramatically limited consumer traffic and service revenue.  Recall Masters is ready to assist.

Dealerships with Mobile Repair Services are uniquely positioned to respond to consumers.  By equipping every van or other capable vehicle with a makeshift mobile repair center complete with the equipment, parts and certified technicians, dealers can keep commerce in motion.  For dealerships without Mobile Repair Services, yet remaining in operation, we recommend streamlining vehicle check-in/check-out services, observing strict CDC guidelines and minimizing contact with dealership personnel to support a safe environment for consumers to secure repairs.

Recall Masters would like to highlight a number of services that can be of tremendous assistance to dealership service departments:

  1. MarketSMART Used Car Inventory Reports – Identify Vehicles with Open Recalls on the lots of Nearby Used Car dealers. Recall Masters is standing by to provide unlimited access to these reports and can generate them within 24 to 48 hours of request for your local market.
  2. Focused Lists of Customers with Mobile-Friendly Recalls – Help us identify the recalls that lend themselves to mobile repair services.  We will contact consumers to schedule mobile repairs along an efficient, pre-determined route for your mobile repair technicians.

  4. Recall Webpage Announcement – Safety is our #1 priority. We’ll invite your customers to check for any safety recalls in their household by opting in with their name, email and mobile number. By opting in, your clients would enroll in future recall notifications and be able to schedule a future appointment from that notification.
