We’re proud to share that Erica Bruno, Recall Masters’ Senior Director of Key Accounts, has been named to the 2026 class of AutoSuccess’s Women at the Wheel. Now in its sixth year, the program, run by AutoSuccess and Babcox Media, recognizes the women driving change across the automotive industry, from the boardroom to the service department.

For anyone who has worked alongside Erica, the recognition fits. Across a career that spans OEMs, dealerships, and technology companies, she’s built a reputation not just for the work she delivers, but for how determined she is to bring other women along with her.

Ask Erica about her proudest accomplishment, and she doesn’t point to a title or a deal. She points to people. Since the Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN) launched in September 2020, she’s grown from a member supporting newsletters and events, to leading member engagement, to serving on the board today as Treasurer.

“Being able to give back to women who have had similar journeys to mine within the automotive industry is the best work I have ever done. I’m so proud that I’m able to help make the road easier for someone rather than harder.”

Erica’s drive to ‘clear the path’ runs through everything she does. Beyond WOCAN, she leads career and personal-branding sessions for her alma mater, the University of Vermont, and her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi. Her philosophy is simple: her path shouldn’t be easier than the path of those who come after her.

She’s especially passionate about helping women not just enter the industry, but stay in it. She’s watched too many talented women leave because of bullying or a lack of flexibility when life gets messy, and she’s convinced that mentoring, recruiting, and advocacy are how the industry keeps the people who will help it grow. As she puts it:

“Just because one person said you can’t, doesn’t mean 10 more won’t be cheering you on.”

Erica comes by her boldness honestly. Her mother was the seventh female Toyota dealer principal in the country and the first female Hyundai dealer on the East Coast. She passed away in November 2025, but not before telling Erica how proud she was:

“You not only entered this industry bravely, but boldly.”

It’s a charge Erica carries forward every day.
Her advice to other women building a career in automotive carries that same energy:

“Be Bold. Be Loud. Be You. This industry needs your uniqueness to grow.”

All of us at Recall Masters are honored to support Erica in her work in WOCAN and beyond, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognized among this year’s Women at the Wheel.

Congratulations, Erica. Brave and bold, indeed.
