Phil Huff is a highly experienced technology executive, entrepreneur, and business strategist with over 25 years of success in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

As co-founder and CEO of eLynx, he helped revolutionize mortgage document delivery, scaling the company into an industry leader and leading its successful sale to a private equity firm. Later, as CEO of Platinum Data, he transformed the business, positioning it for a 10× return for investors through a strategic acquisition.

Phil also served as an Executive-in-Residence at CincyTech, advising early-stage technology companies on strategy, fundraising, and scaling operations.

As President of Recall Masters, Phil works closely with the executive leadership team to guide strategic initiatives, expand market reach, and accelerate innovation across the company’s data, recall management, and customer engagement solutions. His experience scaling technology-enabled businesses and building high-performing teams supports Recall Masters’ continued growth across the automotive service lifecycle.
