Emissions Recall 67A: Customer Incentives FAQs

Who is eligible for the $500 prepaid Mastercard® from Cummins?

i. Consumers who have their affected vehicle repaired at an Authorized Service location.
ii. Now through July 31, 2026, all Recall 67A completions claimed by August 21, 2026, will also be entered for a chance to win an all-expenses-paid getaway to Miami.
iii. Warranty claim must be successfully submitted by RAM service location to begin automatically once Recall 67A is completed.
iv. Modified VINs do not apply.

How does a customer claim their incentive/reward?

i. Customers should visit CumminsRecall.com and fill out the claim form to receive their incentive and sweepstakes entry.

ii. A confirmation email will be sent once the customer has registered, and
once eligibility has been confirmed another email will confirm their
$500 has been approved/sent.

What if the customer has not received their incentive?

i. Customer can reach out to cummins@promosupport.com for follow up on existing claim submissions.

ii. Also inform customers to check their email SPAM folders if they requested a digital card, and to allow 4-6 weeks if they requested a physical card.
