I just had the calibration recall done on my truck. When will I get my warranty?

  • The Special Extended Warranty coverage begins from the time an affected owner/lessee receives the reflash
  • The Stellantis/FCA dealer software will be updated to reflect this extended coverage over the coming weeks.
  • This means that affected owners/lessees will be reimbursed for eligible repairs if they have paid for a covered repair or service. Information on how to file a reimbursement claim can be found here.
  • The warranty is subject to Stellantis/FCA’s standard terms and conditions, and issues existing before the vehicle received the software update likely will not be covered. If you have questions or need any assistance, please contact your dealer or the FCA US LLC Customer Care. FCA US LLC Customer Care is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
