Cummins Recall 67A: Customer Incentives FAQs

Who gets a incentive/reward from Cummins?

i. Consumers that have their affected vehicle repaired at an Authorized Service location.
ii. Warranty claim must be successfully submitted by RAM service location.
iii. Modified VINs do not apply.

How does a customer claim their incentive/reward?

To claim their reward, customers should go to Cummins Emissions Recall 67A – Claim – click here

What if the customer has not received their incentive/reward?

1) Customer can reach out to cummins@promosupport.com for follow up on existing claim submissions.
2) Also inform the customer to check their email SPAM folders.
