Cummins Recall 67A: Dealer Education Resources

Cummins is pleased to offer the Recall 67A Dealer Education Program for dealership service advisors and service managers.  Initial outreach begins with an email campaign with future plans to communicate on Dealer Connect.  To gain access to the Dealer Education Program microsite, please visit www.cumminsdealerengage.com.

Education has its benefits, with participants having a chance to earn up to 1,600 Award Points when service advisors and managers to complete and pass four brief training modules about the Emissions Recall 67A:

• Get 200 Award Points if participant completes and passes Module 4 by July 31, 2026
• Get an extra 400 Award Points if participant completes and passes all four modules by July 31, 2026
• Fast Start Sweepstakes: Complete and pass all for modules by March 22, 2026 for a chance to win the Grand Prize of 1,000 Award Points.

About the Modules

Each module only takes about 10 minutes or less, followed by a short quiz. Modules can be completed on a computer, laptop, or smartphone. All that’s needed is an internet connection.

• Module 3: Talking with Customers
• Module 4: Handling Modified Trucks
