Ms. Gillmore alleged that she received text messages sent by Recall Masters on Lokey Automotive’s behalf that were not in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). Recall Masters provided information to Ms. Gillmore’s attorney about the steps it has taken to comply with the TCPA and Ms. Gillmore promptly dismissed. The official dismissal entry filed with the court is attached for your reference. Compliance with all laws is a priority for Recall Masters and, in this case, those compliance efforts paid off for both Recall Masters and its client.
